What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

How do I use the bluetooth gate app?

1. Download app "Storage Genie"

2. Add new facility "Stuff It Storage"

3. Change toggle to tennant and enter unit number, last name, and gate code.

4. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone or device used. The gate will open when you approach the control panel.

Am I required to store long-term?

We never require our tenants to store longer than they need. We offer month-to-month lease options.

Do you offer climate-controlled storage units?

We do offer climate-controlled storage units. These units protect your belongings from any damage that can be caused by intense temperatures and humidity. Call to reserve a climate controlled unit.

What security features do you offer?

Stuff It Storage is a safe and secure facility equipped with digital video surveillance, coded gate entry, and perimeter fencing.
